Our service

This website (solarpanelshighlands.co.uk, trading as Highland Solar Hub) is operated by Scot Energy Efficiency Ltd, company number 17408629, registered office 66 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NA. We are a renewable energy consultancy and introducer service. We do not carry out installations, quotes, surveys, or technical work ourselves. Quotes, surveys, and installations are arranged with and delivered by independent installation partners. We install through MCS-certified partners.

No contract for installation works

Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract between you and Highland Solar Hub or Scot Energy Efficiency Ltd for installation works. Any contract is between you and the installation company that quotes for your project.

Accreditation

Scot Energy Efficiency Ltd does not itself hold MCS accreditation. We install through MCS-certified partners. This accreditation is held by our installation partners and applies to the installation works carried out by those partners.

Information accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to ensure information is accurate at time of publication. Pricing and timescales are indicative based on typical Highland property profiles. Actual quotes depend on property assessment by our installer partners.

Incentive information

Incentive information cited (0% VAT) is based on published guidance current at the time of publication. Eligibility, amounts and scheme rules are subject to change. Verify current status on gov.scot before relying on figures. Interest-free credit up to £30,000, subject to status.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scot Energy Efficiency Ltd is not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website, your dealings with installation partners, or the works carried out by installation partners. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Scots law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
